Verification, deposits, and withdrawal setup
When you first log into bigcuan, we ask you to verify your identity. This step protects both your account and the integrity of our payment channels. We collect your legal name, date of birth, and address. If you're accessing from Bandung or Medan, the process is the same—no location-specific delays. Verification typically completes within one session.
After verification, you unlock access to our payment methods. We support both digital wallets and bank transfers. DANA, e-wallet, and mobile banking are available for quick deposits; local payment and online payment offer alternative wallet routes. For direct banking, you can connect e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment accounts. Each method operates at the same priority level in our system—we don't favour one over another.
Deposits are instant. Whether you choose e-wallet for a quick wallet transfer or mobile banking for a larger bank wire, funds appear in your bigcuan balance within seconds. We don't hold deposits in escrow or impose waiting periods. Withdrawals follow the same path—choose your payment method, confirm the amount, and the transaction initiates. Processing depends on your bank or wallet's settlement time, not bigcuan's internal flow.
Your withdrawal history sits in Account Settings so you can track every transaction. We display your final balance, pending requests, and completed transfers. No hidden fees appear at checkout; if there's a charge from your bank or wallet provider, that occurs outside bigcuan and shows on your bank statement or wallet app separately.
Account Settings is where control lives. Deposits, withdrawals, notifications, and league preferences all converge in one place.
Notification and league preferences
We track league calendars—Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, and seasonal World Cup tournaments. In Account Settings, you decide which leagues send you match updates. If you only follow Champions League and Piala AFF, you can mute Liga 1 notifications. If Idul Fitri or Idul Adha falls during a tournament break, our calendar recognizes the pause and adjusts notification timing. You control frequency: every match, only knockout stages, or only standings updates.
Push notifications, email digests, and SMS alerts are all toggleable. We default notifications to a moderate level during league season and quieter during international breaks. You override these defaults in Account Settings—silence everything during work hours, or enable alerts only for live-odds changes during Champions League group stages.
During Piala AFF knockout rounds, our system learns your peak engagement hours and aligns fixture alerts to your timezone and local schedule preferences.
Payment method management
- Wallet priority
- You can mark a preferred payment method. Deposits default to your chosen wallet or bank, but you can switch per transaction without updating Account Settings.
- Linked accounts
- We store your local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and bank account IDs securely. You view the last 4 digits of each linked method and remove any you no longer use.
- Withdrawal address
- Your withdrawal destination must match the original deposit method. Funds withdrawn via e-wallet return to the same mobile banking wallet; local payment deposits withdraw to your online payment account. No cross-wallet transfers are possible.
- Transaction limits
- Account Settings shows your daily and monthly deposit caps (set per our operator agreement, not by you). Withdrawal requests beyond stock have no artificial caps; limits reflect your payment provider's thresholds only.
If you link a new e-wallet account or switch mobile banking branches, you update it in Account Settings without re-verifying your identity. Payment methods can be added, removed, or reordered instantly. We retain your transaction history across all linked methods, so you see the complete ledger of deposits and withdrawals regardless of which wallet or bank you used.
Security and personal data
Your password and two-factor authentication (2FA) settings live in Account Settings. We recommend 2FA if you deposit frequently or during high-activity periods like Piala AFF finals. You can enable or disable 2FA, reset your password, and see login history (device type, IP address, timestamp) from any location—Jakarta, Medan, or elsewhere.
Your legal name, date of birth, and address appear in a read-only section. These are part of your verification record and cannot be self-edited to maintain compliance. If you need to update this information, you contact our support team, and we re-verify the change.
