When you open a bigcuan account, you agree to our terms outlined here. These terms govern account creation, deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet, gameplay across all categories—football betting, slots, live-dealer tables, and esports—settlement of matches and results, and withdrawal of your account balance. By accessing bigcuan, you confirm that you meet our eligibility requirements and that you understand our dispute-resolution process.

Our terms apply equally to all account holders across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and other supported jurisdictions. We update these terms as our service evolves; changes take effect when published, and your continued account use after an update constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with any term, you may close your account and request a full withdrawal of your balance.

If specific clauses conflict with local law in your jurisdiction, local law takes precedence—this document does not override statutory rights in your region.

Account eligibility and creation on bigcuan

We accept account applications only from users in supported jurisdictions. You must be of legal age in your region—typically 18 or older, depending on local law. You provide your legal name, date of birth, email, and phone number. We verify this information against our payment partners and anti-fraud systems before your first deposit clears. Verification is mandatory for all new accounts; we cannot process deposits or withdrawals from unverified accounts.

One person may hold only one bigcuan account. If we detect duplicate accounts or fraudulent signup patterns, we close all associated accounts and forfeit any balance. Account closure is permanent; we do not reinstate suspended or closed accounts except in cases of documented error.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If someone else gains access to your account and places stakes or withdraws funds, you remain liable for those transactions if you failed to protect your password. We recommend changing your password regularly and enabling two-factor authentication if available. If you believe your account is compromised, contact our support team immediately.

Deposits, withdrawals, and our payment commitments

If you deposited via mobile banking, your withdrawal returns to your local payment account; if via online payment, it returns to your e-wallet account. Withdrawals settle within one business day for most requests. We do not hold withdrawal requests pending verification or gameplay requirements—once your account is verified, withdrawals are immediate. bigcuan operational commitment

If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly, contact our support team with the bet ID, screenshot, and explanation. We investigate within 24 hours and either confirm the settlement or correct it. If the error is on our side, we credit the difference to your account. If the bet was settled correctly per official results, we explain why and close the dispute. You may request a full withdrawal and account closure if unsatisfied with our decision.

We do not accept disputes over odds accuracy, game variance, or losing stakes. Odds are published in real time and may shift based on market conditions. Slot variance and live-table outcomes follow published RTP and game rules. These are not errors; they are game mechanics. Our bigcuan policy on jurisdiction and service availability

You waive your right to class-action litigation. If we cannot resolve a dispute with you, either party may request arbitration, and the arbitrator's decision is final and enforceable.
