bigcuan Platform Privacy Notice
Over 80 million Indonesians use digital payment methods regularly, relying on platforms like DANA, e-wallet, and mobile banking to manage transactions securely. This page describes what we collect when you use bigcuan and how we keep that data protected. We treat your personal information—name, email, payment details—with the same care we apply to account security and withdrawal processing.
When you create a bigcuan account, you provide legal name, date of birth, email, phone, and banking information. We collect this data solely to verify your identity, process deposits through your chosen payment method, settle withdrawals, and comply with anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering rules. We do not sell your data to third parties, nor do we share it beyond our payment processors and compliance partners.
Our policy is built on transparency. We explain what we collect, who can access it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it. If you have questions about your data or how we handle it, you can contact our support team anytime. If you request deletion of your account and all associated data, we process that request within 30 days, except where law requires us to retain records.
What data we collect on bigcuan
We collect account information: full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You must provide these to create a bigcuan account and verify your identity before depositing. We also collect payment information—the bank or digital wallet details you use to deposit and withdraw. If you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment, those wallets share minimal data with us: a transaction ID and timestamp. If you deposit via direct bank transfer through e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment, we receive your account holder name and account number for settlement purposes only.
We collect gameplay data: bets placed on Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, or Champions League matches; slot spins and results; live-table play history; and esports market activity. This data helps us settle your account correctly and detect suspicious patterns (e.g., multiple accounts, underage signup, money laundering). We do not use gameplay data for marketing or profiling.
We collect technical data when you access bigcuan: IP address, device type, browser, session duration, and pages visited. We use this to secure your account, prevent unauthorized access, and diagnose technical issues. We do not track your behaviour across other websites.
How we use your data and who can access it
We use your data to: verify your identity and age; process deposits and withdrawals; settle bets and games; comply with anti-fraud and tax rules; and respond to disputes. We share your data only with: our payment processors (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking); our banking partners for settlement; and government authorities if required by law. We do not share gameplay data, email, or phone numbers with third parties. Our support team can access your account details to help you with withdrawals, disputes, or account recovery.
We encrypt all payment and personal data in transit and at rest. Your account password is hashed and cannot be retrieved, even by our staff.
Data location and international transfer
Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction—possibly in other Southeast Asian countries or beyond. By using bigcuan, you consent to your data being processed and stored outside Indonesia. We apply the same encryption and access controls regardless of server location. If you do not accept this, you may request account closure and withdrawal of your balance.
- Data retention
- We keep your account data and game history for seven years to comply with tax and anti-money-laundering rules. After account closure, we delete personal information within 30 days unless law requires longer retention.

- Holidays and disputes
- If you dispute a withdrawal during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or Imlek, we retain relevant transaction data until resolution. Archived data from closed accounts is deleted after the retention period.
